I'm Brett McCann. I'm a 17 year old musician from Edinburgh, Scotland. I play in a band called Monkey Genes. I'm another believer. One day the point will come that cancer will be beaten, I know it. We all know it. I look back with nostalgia on the wonderful days I spent with my Granny Pearl, and you have no idea how much I yearn to have her back. With your helpful and kind donations, we can help stop this pain in our lives - because it's not just me that has been effected by cancer, it's all of us. 

I aim to raise as much money as possible on this page, and it is no surprise among those that know me that I have decided to try to cover as many songs with my acoustic guitar until the end of this month, for donations of course. If you donate, you can leave a comment saying which song you'd like to hear covered too, and I will try my best to keep you all happy!

It's very kind of you all, and I hope you all find it in your hearts to donate, but even if you do not donate, then I hope you still remember that this is important to us all and you donate elsewhere anyway. 

This is for my wonderful gran, Pearl McCann that passed in winter of 2001, my other grandad Jimmy Leslie for fighting so hard and being stronger than his cancer, and my grandad James McCann for also fighting very strongly too. This page is also for my late cousin Thomas William Walker that sadly passed at the age of 26 and also Ann Street.
