I'm attempting to take on a really physical and mentally challenging adventure by scaling the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales. 

This is considered one of Britain's toughest outdoor challenges. The National 3 Peaks Challenge includes Ben Nevis (1345m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1085m). We aim to summit all three peaks in 24 hours! Over the course of two days I'll trek around 26 miles and ascend a total height of 3408m.

This is in memory of my good friend Ralph who suffered with the challenges of mental health and sadly took his own life. The money raised goes to a fantastic charity called Mind who provide specialist care and support to those impacted by mental health problems. Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health issue. Anything you can donate will be hugely appreciated and help with essential support.
