Why not take part in a 65 Roses Challenge for 65 Roses Day on Friday 14th April to support people with Cystic Fibrosis in Ireland? A 65 Roses Challenge can be any 65 themed challenge! We have lots of examples below of the 65 Roses Challenges in 2023! It can be a 6.5k walk, 65km cycle, 65 lengths of the pool etc. we are encouraging everyone to get creative and DO IT YOUR WAY

CF Ireland was set up by parents to improve the treatment & facilities for people with CF in Ireland. Our aim is to: Fund CF hospital units throughout Ireland. Provide grants for PWCF. Advocate for & provide advice & information for PWCF & their families. Fund research for Cystic Fibrosis
