Having received the very generous Christmas gift of entry to my local half marathon from dear friends, how could I not accept the challenge...

I'd like to make it count, by asking my nearest and dearest to sponser me on behalf of a charity that's very dear to my heart.

The Pilgrims Hospice took care of my dear Dad in his last days, and were caring and supportive to us in the dark days following. They need £8 million this year to keep going - I figure every little helps....
