Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page - under my name but with contributions from all the family.

Bob Moody – brother to Iris, George and Rosemary and father of John, Sue and Kirsty. A gentleman, a devoted husband, an inspirationally loving father, and a much loved grandfather. He suffered from Parkinson’s disease with characteristic pragmatism, stoicism and humour.

Whilst the disease may have severely limited his mobility,
compromised his dignity and in latter stages limited his ability to communicate orally, it never defeated his spirit, his brilliant mind, his irrepressible sense of humour, his sharp wit and his generous  love for family and friends.

Greatly loved, he will live on in cherished memories that will always
bring a smile to lips and a warmth to hearts.
