<p><span style="color: #000080;">Thank you for taking the time and effort to visit our JustGiving page in memory of our beautiful son Blake who died peacefully at home with his family on 10 September 2011 aged just 14. We have chosen a charity which is dear to our hearts - CLIC SARGENT who cares for children and young people living with cancer. This memorial fund will help keep our memory of Blake actively alive whilst helping others. </span></p>
