We cycled over 100 miles in 12 hours, spread over 2 days. Freaked ourselves out by cycling 8 miles down the A30 and have learnt that the hard shoulder is chock-full of dangerous obstacles and broken glass!
Found out that when a hill looks like it has just finished, it has only just started and that random ponies will jump out at you from hedges and the lambs follow suit, little unnerving really ... but all in all a great experience.

Once is plenty  I enjoyed this ride so much the first day was hard going but we got from Cadover Bridge to Moretonhampstead in good time. On the way from Moretonhampstead to Oakhampton and back to Cadover was really hard it rained heavily all day and the hills were huge.
