My name is Mark and i am from Biddulph in the Staffordshire Moorlands.

I am pleased to say that i (along with Sandra, Laurence and Pete) have completed our Coast to Coast cycle trip across Wales for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.

We started on Thursday  (June 30th)  from SouthStack lighthouse and rode to the Severn bridge.

It wias 236 very hilly miles over 4 days.

I have chosen this charity as i have a friend who is currently undergoing treatment for Lung Cancer. She found the support that the Roy Castle Lung Cáncer Foundarion  provided during those initial months was what got her though her most difficult time.
