Hello all of you kind, wonderful, generous people!

As most of you will probably know, and some of you may not, myself, Alkesh Chandegra, Rohit Chandegra, Rajesh Chavda, Rikul Patel, Kishan D Patel and Ravi Gadher are going to be doing Tough Mudder 2013 in Brighton!

Now for those of you who don't know, Tough Mudder is a 10-12 mile assault course designed by the British Special Forces, including things such as ice-baths, running through electrocuted wires and dragging ourselves through mud (while again being electrocuted) to name but a few things. 1.4 million children die every year from diarrhoea because of unsafe drinking water and inadequate sanitation.

That is 4,000 children per day.

Faced with this harsh reality, you might think that your support – large or small – will not be enough to change things.

But in fact, just a little support can go a long way, and you can very easily save lives. £24 can provide a family with a lasting supply of clean, safe water, £10 is more than enough to provide this to a child for life.

Guys seriously, all of you know our bodies aren't built for this, hell we aren't even built for cold weather, but Just A Drop is a fantastic charity whose mission is to reduce child mortality by delivering accessible, clean, safe water where it is needed most, but it is only kept going with everyone's support. We as a team believe in the cause and hope you can all donate and support us in this cause.

Those of you wishing to witness us crawl our way to the finish line are more than welcome to come along, with spectator tickets available as well!
