I think everyone at some point will know someone who fights cancer. I lost my mum to ovarian cancer 18 years ago, but remember our visits to Clatterbridge and the people we met there, some who are still with us and some who are not. Clatterbridge offers excellent treatment and support. My friend Emma now visits Clatterbridge for treatment following surgery to remove a rare sarcoma from her leg.

I like the odd tipple, but have joined Team Mcclozzer (Emma's partner) to do a month dry! I hope all my friends will donate even if it is a £1.

Emma is an inspiration to me, she keeps smiling, is so positive and would love it if we could raise a significant amount for Clatterbridge.
