Firstly a big thank you for looking at my page, every penny helps! Also this event is the 30th November - not 26th October! 

Most of you that know me are probably aware that I care for some absolutely amazing families. I've been with one in particular a long time now and can not describe in words how incredible they are.  The Donnan's have support from Chase, which is why I feel this charity is so worthy of every penny I hope to raise.

Shooting Star Chase  (http://www.shootingstarchase.org.uk/) is a leading children's charity caring for babies, children and young people with life limiting conditions, and their families. Here are a few words from Ross's mum about why Chase is such a lifeline for their family.

"Knowing that we have support from Shooting Star Chase makes life with our son Ross much easier for all the family. Chase supports our whole family offering services to meet all our needs such as a fun and caring environment for all our children to play in, sibling days where Ross's eldest brother can meet and talk to other children in a similar position, overnight respite, babysitting at home and access to professionals with a wealth of experience of working with children like ours. All of this means that our family can function more normally and we feel that we have access to an outstanding team who understand our situation and who are always there to help." Clair
