Come Dine For Africa

Hefin and Bethan are hosting dinner parties in order to raise funds for HSOA.

HSOA is a charity close to our hearts. We have been out to Uganda on two occasions with a team from HSOA and are privilaged to meet the people of Musoto who live in absolute poverty. The life expectancy is 44yrs of age.

Through HSOA we endeavour to make a difference to these people's lives. We already educate over 500 pupils in a primary school and are in the process of building a school for these pupils in place of the present mud huts in use. The school will have a borehole to provide safe drinking water and we will be providing the village with a borehole also.

We are in the process of setting up a goat income generating project for the local community.

Our next big project is to build a health clinic. We have already made an impact by training 40 health care promotors. These workers are being supported and we aim to increase their training which will support the health clinic.
