Vitality British 10k London Run · 12 July 2015 ·

We provide suicide prevention resources to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

I am running this years Vitality British 10k London run, around the iconic London Route on the 12th July 2015.

CALM, is a registered charity, which exists to prevent male suicide in the UK.   In 2013, male suicide accounts for 78% of all suicides and is the single biggest cause of death in men aged 20 – 45 in the UK.

Along with being a Topman supported Charity, it is an organisation that really means alot to me. Knowing first hand how depression can effect men, this charity helps to support & prevent this developing into suicide. Just making more men aware there is a place to ask for help without feeling 'weak' can help save hundreds of lives.

There are a few of us from Topman HQ running this event for CALM & any sponsor/donation is really appreciated! Head down to London on 12th July to come and cheer us all on. (we are going to need the support ;))
