After running the Manchester 10K 2011, there was instantly a need and desire to run faster in 2012. With the desire to run faster comes hand in hand with the desire to raise some more money for charity.

 

As a West Ham fan there is only 1 charity I could choose. I know many people who have fought cancer of one description or another, me being a survivor, of this dreadful disease. Bobby Moore was a hero, a legend in a time when being called a legend really meant something. His legacy lives on. COYI
