This page has been created in loving memory of Sean Byrne.  To commemorate Sean's memory we are hoping to raise funds for the Mourne Mountain Rescue Team who provided assistance in recovering Sean's body following his fatal fall in the Mourne mountains in January last year.

The Mourne Mountain Rescue Team is an organisation of unpaid volunteers who are on call 24/7/365 and rely on funding to provide this crucial service.  We are hoping to help them by raising funds towards volunteer expenses e.g.  equipment. The team are also undertaking a project to have their own purpose build premises.

This page will be open all year to accommodate anyone who wishes to give directly to MMRT in Sean's memory , there will also be notification on this page of any fundraising events for this very worthy cause.
