In April, we are taking a couple weeks 'break' from work to go to Morocco to run a 250km race in the Sahara Desert. Yes indeed, you can hardly call it a 'break', it will be absolute torture!  

 

Carrying everything we need to for the journey, having to deal with 45-degree temperatures, and running on sand - this week long ultra marathon is considered by many as 'the toughest footrace in the world!'

 

In the process of completing the MdS we are also hoping to raise money for both The Mental Health Foundation and Alzheimer's Research UK
