Monica loved the outdoors and cared deeply about the local environment. She was active in her local footpath association (Badfa.Org.uk) and in Friends of the Moatfield, near her home in Bushey.  When she died (at the glorious age of 97!) we found that she was also a regular financial supporter of the Herts & Middlesex Wildlife Trust. Of course it was so like her not to make a song and dance about it, but as a memory of a life well lived we thought it would be fitting to raise a few quid for them in her memory.
