I am running the London 10k on July 8th 2012, in support of the Big C, a local charity who provide care and support forcancer patients and their families throughout Norfolk. 

The charity certainly helped me and my family, as the Big C centre at the Norfolk & Norwich hospital offered a place to escape and reccouperate after a difficult day. 

Whether it be watching a film, having a massage or simply a nice cup of tea and a chat, the Big C was always on hand to help, and so this is my way of giving something back to the charity... by racing  along the bank of the Thames, trying to beat the 28 minute record.
