We'll be donning our Christmas Jumper’s from 12th-16th December to spread some festive cheer and raise some funds for our focused charity of the year - CAUSE. 

Please don’t go to any expense – wear the one already in your wardrobe from previous years, borrow one from a friend or hold back some tinsel from the tree to wear on the day of the week that suits you best.

Founded in April 1995, CAUSE is a regional charity providing advocacy and support services to mental health carers - families, partners and friends across Northern Ireland (NI) caring for a loved one who is experiencing serious and enduring mental illness. 

The support that CAUSE provides to those who are impacted by their loves one’s mental illness is vitally important in our communities. In the last year they have registered  a caseload of approximately over 10,000 carer contacts. Throughout this year, Belong look forward to providing support through volunteering and organizing fundraising events whilst also actively promoting awareness within our team of the support CAUSE can provide to those in need.
