I've been ill my whole life and got dignosed with ulcerative colitis when I was 11 and had to have a emergency operation when I was 12 and ended up with my ileostomy which I call Simon. I've had my stoma 9 years it's totally changed my life. I still suffer with crohns as there is no known cure, I also suffer with liver disease (psc) kidney disease, arthritis. Now 21 years old and want to make a difference. Just a quick look at my story and hope you'll help me  find a cure for this evil disease!
