April 23rd 2023 i will be taking part in The London Marathon running for Alzheimer's Research Uk.

A loved one my step-father Tom has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimers Disease.

Its heartbreaking to see Tom the way he is now through this disease, he was a tower of strength with a strong character, nothing would ever phase him but Alzheimer’s has stripped him of that.

I have got my running legs back on to run my way to the finish line and I would like to raise as much money as i can for this Charity to continue with their vital research.
