Story

Right so... Clare and I are completely out of shape since having our children in 2019. So what better way to kick start our fitness journey than challenging ourselves to a squat challenge! It just so happens to be a bonus that we will be raising funds for The Lucy Rayner Foundation.

Clare and I will be doing 100 squats a day. Between us we will be completing 6,200 squats in 31 days.

If we raising the £1000 that we aim to raise that will see 6 young adults have 6 free counselling sessions. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
