Im raising funds in memory of my mum Gabrielle who died on 29/04/2008. 

She was and still is my angel and I can't believe this year will be the 5 year anniversary since she died.

Marie Curie is such a special charity that provides specialist nursing care for people who have cancer, in their final days making them as comfortable as possible and supporting families at that special time.
