Story
I’ve decided to run the Oxford Half Marathon on 7th October 2018 in Memory of my very brave, beautiful and fragile younger sister Jessie Laverack. She meant the world to me and was not only my sister but my best friend too. Tragically on the 2nd February 2018 I lost her so suddenly and unexpectedly, she was only 34. My life and families lives changed forever that day and we’re completely heartbroken. I don’t think I could ever describe the sadness and pain we feel as a family every second of the day! We all miss her dearly and would do anything to turn back the clock. I’m running the Oxford half marathon with my daughter Alice, husband Stuart and some close friends and were doing this for Jessie and all the other Jessie’s out there that are struggling and need help! Olivia, Madeleine and my precious mum will be cheering us on from the sidelines with banners and waiting for us at the finish line. Please help us to raise awareness and remember my fun loving and adventurous sister Jessie! Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
