As a team we are travelling by road bike, mountain bike and canoe from Ardnamurchan lighthouse on the west coast to the mouth of the River Spey on the east.

I will be completing the paddling part - and giving practical support to the other sections of the trip.  I have little paddling experience so this is a pretty a big deal for me!
