As many of you already know I will be competing in the Ironman Switzerland in Zurich on July 28th (2.4mi/3.8km swim, 112mi/180km bike and 26.2mi/42.195km run).

As additional motivation to finish this challenge (if I needed any) I have decided to raise money for the Bowel & Cancer Research charity, a very worthy cause and also in memory of my dad who passed away last April after having suffered from colon cancer.
