Story

As many of you know Monterey Bay holds a special place in our hearts; it is home to sea otters, an endangered species and is where David proposed overlooking sea otter families floating in the ocean kelp.

For over 35 years the Monetary Bay Aquarium has been the epicenter of sea otter recovery. Their decades of research have also revealed the vital role these animals play in creating resilient coastal ecosystems. Their approach to saving sea otters is unique, caring for sick or orphaned wild otters and pups — and successfully releasing them back into the wild in places they're desperately needed.

Their work is having a real impact on their survival and the resiliency of the coastal waters they call home.Your support will allow the aquarium to keep pushing the boundaries of sea otter recovery.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the Monterey Bay Aquarium Foundation. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
