It seems that the world is experiencing increasing numbers of disasters which with the increasing population causes ever more deaths and hard ships in our lesser developed areas of the world. If by pounding the streets of London, I can influence some generous people to donate some money to this very worthy RedR cause than the effort will have been worth it. 

Hopefully this time I should have chosen better foot wear than in Sept 2019 when the last 8 miles of our marathon were a little painful because of large blisters on the balls of both feet.
