Firstly this is a bit late to set this up but it will open after for a while.

As you may or may not know, I had an operation in January this year that completely changed my life. After suffering for 7 years with Crohns disease I had an 8 hour operation to put me right! Now I've made a full recovery it is time for me to give something back which is why I am running 10 miles for the Crohns and Colitis charity.

Training has gone ok and I am now looking forward to Sunday and doing something that I would never have been able to do before the op!  

Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated and will go towards helping other people and to hopefully finding a cure!
