Hi and thank you for coming to look!

 

As most of you are aware, last november i was involved in an horrific car accident in which my girlfrend Jodi an her lovely daughter Ella tragically lost their lives.

I received a fractured skull which severely damaged my brain, it affects my co-ord, balance and memory. A result of this is i've had to learn to run again amongst other things, so to mark my return to work, albeit not a full return yet. ive decided to do the local Woodhall Spa 10k run which is also where the accident happened, I've chosen to do it for Jodi's favoured charity the "make a wish foundation" which does a great job in making the lives of children with life threatening illness that little bit better.

This is going to be the first of many charity events i do hopefully topping them all with a marathon next year, please dig deep and thank you for reading.
