Story

Blisters, aches, pains, tramps calling me names on my training runs ("Oi, speccy!" is the cleanest one I can add here!), running before work, running after work, running at the weekends...   My training for the Barcelona Marathon has been tough so far.  To help me get across the finish line - and not give up half way round - please send me your wishes of support and make a donation to my chosen charity if you can.

I will be running the Barcelona Marathon on 25th March to raise money for One to One Children's Fund, a charity which helps to relieve the suffering of children affected by poverty, disease and conflict.  It seeks to improve the lives of children affected by AIDS/HIV and trauma by building one to one relationships with local communities to implement projects which help these innocent children get their young lives on track.  Read more about the fantastic work the charity does here: www.onetoonechildrensfund.org

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.  Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the One to One Children's Fund and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Many thanks for taking the time to look at my JustGiving page.
