As you probably know I am the fundraiser for Southend Mind and, while organising and recruiting walkers for the Southend Mind Pier Challenge, I decided that I should make the effort and walk as well. 

At any one time around one adult in six is experiencing symptoms of mental illness and one in four of us will experience mental illness during our lifetime.

Please help me to raise money for people facing the challenges of mental ill-health.
