Story
Mum passed away at Bury Hospice on 29th April 2014 with her family comforting her. She had a very aggressive Cancer of the Pancreas that has spread to almost every organ and her bones. It was only confirmed on the 28th April 2014 as she had been treated for a blood cot. Her stay was very short, just a day. But the love, care, compassion, respect and dignity mum and her loved ones were given by Bury Hospice cannot be thanked enough. All the hospice staff are like walking angels.
Mums family would like to raise some of the money it would have cost for mums care. So any donations you could give even a £1 will be gratefully appreciated and help this fantastic place care for more people in the Bury Area who need the care respect and dignity the Hospice gives people in their final weeks, days and hours and the support the families need before, during and after loved one has passed away.
