Please help me to raise as much money as possible for the Renal Unit at Southend Hospital to help people in the same situation as my husband Peter and brother in law Mark. 

Mark and Peter both suffer from a chronic kidney disease called polycystic kidneys and rely on the Renal Unit for all their care. They both face the prospect of a kidney transplant and/or dialysis in the near future.
