I’ve been busy learning the Waltz, Cha Cha Cha and Quickstep to raise money for Lakelands Day Care Hospice in a Strictly Come Dancing contest.</span></span></p>

<p class="Bodycopy" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Verdana;">Lakelands is an independent charity committed to delivering the best possible practice and development of specialist palliative care for people with cancer, heart failure and other life-limiting illnesses.</span></span></p>

We’ve all been very busy practising our dance moves for our big night on Friday 21 October, when we’ll be performing in front of an audience of more than 300 people and a panel of judges. I only hope </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Craig Revel Horwood won’t be there!</span></span></p>

Let’s hope the competitive spirit kicks in!</span></span></p>
