Fundraising for Help for Heroes
My name is Bailey and I am 10 years old. My Daddy and Uncle are in the Army, they have both been to Afghanistan. I know that a lot of people who are in the military have been injured whilst in Afghanistan, so I am doing a charity event for Help for Heroes to try and raise some money,
On the 30th July 2011 I will be climbing the Pen y Fan mountain in the Brecon Beacons, South Wales.
I will start at the Storey Arms Car park and make my way up to the top. It is approximately 10 miles in total up and down and climbs to approximately 900m above sea level.
The Pen y Fan is part of the Famous 'Fan Dance' which is carried out by people on selection for United Kingdom Special Forces.
