Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are organising a family walk followed by a picnic  in honour of a very special little boy called Harry and the charity who support his condition.

Harry at just 6 months old has been diagnosed with a rare, aggressive and sadly incurable disease called ARPKD. This awful disease creates cysts on the organs and can spread around the body. There is no way of stopping or removing them.

Harry is much loved by his mum Zoe, dad Ben and big brother Billy as well as his grandparents and other family members who are all doing everything they can to make Harry's life full and wonderful. They would love to give something back into the research for his condition so the condition is better understood and possibly curable.

We are looking to do a walk around Maldons Promonade park on Sunday 7th August. The walk plan is yet to be confirmed but it will be a walk for the whole family to enjoy. It will be approximately 4.5 miles and will take around 1.5-2 hours to complete. Adults and Children young and old will be welcome and we will be looking to have a picnic lunch after the event.

Please feel free to get involved and team up with us to create a joint fundraising page. Every little helps and the donations will all go directly to the PKD charity.
