Like many, I have been profoundly moved by the dignity and resilience of the Palestinian people under occupation, whose human rights are being violated daily. Last year I cycled from London to Paris for Amnesty International and this year I feel called to carry on that momentum, go up a gear, and tackle the rugged terrain of the West Bank, to show solidarity with Palestine and raise  funds to support vital medical care for the people of that country and their diaspora in refugee camps in Lebanon and beyond.
