As many of you know, on the 13th of June, Lauren and I took a little tumble down Glas Maol and had to phone for mountain rescue. The amazing volunteers of Braemar Mountain Rescue were there in no time at all and instantly made us feel as ease and we knew we were in safe hands. They tended to our injuries and ensured our safe arrival to the  ambulances all while keeping us laughing along the way.

We wanted to organise this charity tin as a token gesture to show our gratitude to those volunteers who live their lives on call to ensure we're all safe in the hills and can enjoy bagging them munros.
