Run a marathon on a treadmill, 24 April 2016
We fund research into spinal cord injury to find a cure for spinal injury paralysis

Story

In November 2015 we met Claire Lomas who was paralysed following a horse riding event accident on 2007, Claire supports The Nicholls Spinal Injury Foundation and LACE Housing have nominated this Foundation as their chosen charity to support for 2016.

Claire spoke to us about her struggles and achievements since her accident,  one of these many achievements was In 2012 when Claire walked the London Marathon in a robotic suit, this took her 17 days........

Claire has inspired the 3 of us to arrange a fundraising event and what better way to do this than run at marathon ourselves.

Of course we was too late for the ballot for the real London Marathon so we are creating our own..... in our workplace.

We plan to take it in turns between the 3 of us to complete the full 26.2miles on a treadmill. We hope to have a day of fun at Brick Kiln Place with Family and tenants their to support us........Let the training commence!!
