Story

The Breastfeeding Network has been providing peer support to local families in Gosport, Havant and the local surrounding areas for the past few years.  The project has grown each year and we now have 9 supporters and 21 helpers trained to support families at 12 groups/drop-ins with more planned.  Our aim is to provide evidence based information and support to families wanting to know more about breastfeeding.

Unfortunately our current funding is due to end in March and our commissioners have been unable to continue funding the project due to budget cuts.  We are desperate to keep the vital service we provide running and with in mind we have set up this page to raise money to cover the minimum supervision requirements for the volunteers to continue for a year.
