On Sunday 25th June 2023 I will be running the “Essex Way Ultramarathon” which totals 100km/62.1 miles to raise money for the Royal Marines Charity, a charity very close to my heart.

RMA - The Royal Marines Charity exists to help the entire Royal Marines family. Offering a range of services to both serving, veterans and their families, with the ethos of ‘Once a Marine, always a Marine’.
