Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

The BDS team would like to ask you please to support the Simon Community in Scotland as they look to continue the essential work they do in providing shelter and accommodation for their clientele. We have spoken to them and the one area where they would be extremely grateful for any help we can give would be to provide "starter kits" for those trying to carve out a new path into security and safeness with Simon Community guiding them.  The starter kits contain basic items as follows:

· Basic

clothing pack (pants, socks, joggers, t shirt)

· Welcome
pack (pyjamas, toiletries, pants)

· Welfare
pack - essential basic food items such as (tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, biscuits,
butter) 

· Pamper kit
(for females: beauty products; for men: grooming products)

Typically, we might have asked for you to visit a store and
buy /donate 1 or 2 of these items but in the current climate, we have discussed
with Simon and the best way of providing support is by way of a JustGiving page
which we hope will not only be double matched by Edrington and The Robertson
Trust but will also be used to directly buy these items.
