Let's be honest, most of us don't really do jogging (or physical exercise in general to be honest), but for some reason we've collectively decided that 2011 is the time to change and for motivation we've signed up for a 10k run!

 

Varying fitness levels and training plans aside, we are all very determined to complete the race without slowing to a walk.  The 10k is in aid of the British Heart Foundation so PLEASE help our mission by sponsoring whatever you can afford for this very worthy cause.  

 

If you happen to find yourselves at a loss and near Greenwich at 10am on 20th August - come along and cheer us on!
