Hello and Asalaamu Alaykum (Peace be upon you)

For those of you who know me, I'm not physically fit at all, however I am going to put myself through a bit of agony and complete the City of Manchester 10K run. Why would I put myself through that? To raise money for the orphans of Sudan, have a look through the pictures on my page and you will see that these children need our help. They need our help to have what we would call the basics, things we take for granted every day; water, shelter, food and education.
