Story

Avtrade Purchasing team are once again taking part in Paddle Round the Pier.

Last year we used an expired life raft & went with a Castaway theme complete with our own version of Tom Hanks and a homemade Wilsons. As you can see from the photos we got very wet & cold!

This year we are upping the anti by using the same expired life raft (it took a good battering last year so we are hoping it still stays a float) and attaching small (child size) dinghy's to the side of it so it is inevitable that some of us will end up in the sea again!

We are not going to reveal theme just yet, but anyone who donates can be sure to receive embarrassing photos of the team after the event.

We are collecting donations for three charities: Surfers Against Sewage, RNLI & Amaze.

This page is set up to raise money for Amaze which is a fantastic local charity that provides support for children with special needs. You find out more about there amazing work here: www.Amazebrighton.org.uk.

Any donations will help make sure this charity can continue their vital work to support and advise parents of disabled children & children with special needs.
