Story

Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Justgiving page. I'm transferring to secondary school in September and have been set some challenges to complete in the holidays, one of which is to raise money for charity. I've never done anything like this before (come on I'm only 11!) I'm excited but also nervous!

I've had to choose my own fundraising event and with the help of my parents we came up with this...(drumroll) A kickboxing challenge!!! I'll will do 25 press-ups, 25 kicks, 50 sit-ups and 100 punches, all in 4mins 30 - I'm too young for this!! This will be overseen by my Kickboxing Instructor.

My chosen charity is the Parkinson's Disease Society. I chose this charity because I have relatives who suffer from Parkinson's. By sponsoring me you can help vital research into the disease for which there is no cure as yet. Therefore if you are able to sponsor me I'll be very grateful. Every penny counts. (or pound!)

Many Thanks

Avinash

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.
