I am cycling from London to Paris this year, I am doing it over 3 days at approximatley 110 miles per day.

If you have visited the practice in the last few months, I will have made you aware of my training. 

This will be the longest cycle ride I have attempted and I want this to affect not only my life but also do some good for people that really need help. Your encouragement and dontations, no matter what the amounts, are greatly appreciated.
