At Aurora, we are all taking part in a Movember and Move for Movember throughout November to raise money for the fantastic men's health charity.

Those who can, will be growing a lovely moustache and we will all being taking part in 30 Moves in 30 Days, from walking to work or daily yoga to taking a dance class and running a marathon!

We will be sharing updates on our progress on our social channels, so keep an eye out for some questionable moustaches and potentially questionable dance moves.
