Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am determined to raise money for The Brain Tumour Charity (The Everest Fund) by running my second London Marathon. I teach sport to Toby Ritchie, an inspirational student at Twyford School, who suffers from this cruel illness. He is one of the most determined characters I have ever met, with no excuses, no moaning, no bitterness and a truly great attitude to life. He often makes me think about what is important and what is not! Sport is key to Toby’s physical well being, as it is “fun Physio” helping to keep his core strong and his breathing good, both vital as the tumour has caused a right side weakness. He recently ran a School Cross Country race and was cheered in across the finishing line by his peers, who all think the world of him. He has also taken a hat-trick whilst bowling in a local club Cricket Match - what a character! I am sure I can train hard and run 26.2 miles to support research, attempt to beat this cruel illness and help dear Toby.
